Delivery Target & Compensation
Our target delivery time is 8-12 business days from order confirmation. While most orders arrive within this window, international shipping can sometimes face customs delays. If your order takes more than 20 business days to arrive, we will refund EUR 5 of your shipping cost as compensation. Contact support@7lens.eu with your order number to claim.
