User Guide
1. Browse Products
Visit the Products page to browse our 7 frame styles. Each frame is designed for different face shapes: round, square, oval, or heart-shaped. Use the face shape filter to find frames that suit you best. Click on any frame to view details and see all 4 product images.
2. Choose Your Lenses
On the product detail page, select your lens type. Standard single-vision lenses with anti-reflective coating are included in the base price. You can upgrade to High Index 1.67 (ultra-thin, +15 EUR), Blue Light Filter (+5 EUR), or combine both (+20 EUR). All prices include VAT and shipping.
3. Upload Your Prescription
Go to the Prescription page and upload a photo or scan of your prescription from a licensed optometrist. Our OCR system will automatically read your prescription values (SPH, CYL, AXIS, PD). Review the detected values carefully. You must fill in SPH for both eyes and PD before confirming. A reference card on the page shows you exactly where to find each value on your prescription.
4. Checkout
After selecting a frame and lens type, click Continue to Checkout. Select your approved prescription, fill in your shipping address, and confirm the legal terms. You can apply a promo code or referral code for a discount. If you have credit from referrals, you can use it here. Review the order summary and place your order.
5. Payment
After your prescription is verified by our team, you will be able to pay via Stripe Checkout. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Once payment is complete, your order enters production immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and referral code.
6. Track Your Order
Use the Track Order page to check your order status. Enter your order number (e.g., OR-20260515-XXXXXX) and the email used for the order. You will see the current status on a visual timeline from lens cutting through coating, quality check, to shipping.
7. Receive and Review
Once your glasses arrive, you have 7 days to try them. If the prescription does not feel right, you can request one free remake within 7 days of delivery (requires a new valid prescription). After you are satisfied, leave a review to help other customers and earn referral credit.
8. Referral Program
Share your unique referral code (found in your order confirmation email) with friends. When they use your code, they get 5 EUR off their order and you receive 5 EUR credit in your account. Your credit balance can be used toward any future purchase at checkout.
9. Your Account
Visit My Account to manage your orders, update your profile (name, phone, shipping address, language), and view your order history. You can cancel an order before it enters production.
