Do I need a prescription to order?
Yes. A valid prescription from a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist is required. We do not provide online vision tests.
How long does delivery take?
Our target delivery time is 8-12 business days from order confirmation. International shipping may sometimes face customs delays. If your order takes more than 20 business days, contact us for a EUR 5 shipping refund.
